SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International shipping: we are aiming to provide cheaper shipping/ delivery options rates for our oversees clients namely the United States in the near future. However for now there will be a flat rate for parcels. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however, we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make the return as painless as possible. Due to the nature of our products we currently do not process returns/refunds for used products. .All sales at present are final. 

All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery after the day on which you receive your order. Products must be returned to us within 30 days of the request and in a saleable condition so that we can process the return. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the goods back. It will usually take 3-5 days to refund your account to be credited however some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account. Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

  • If your order has arrived damaged or there's a packing error. Do not worry! Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. This can be easily solved. Just send us an email to blackoceancosmetics@gmail.com  with a photo of your damaged product and order number. We will replace it for you.
